The iamGIS platform offers a streamlined solution for mapping, asset management, and work order coordination tailored for state and local government agencies, utilities, and various organizations throughout the United States. Its application facilitates comprehensive tracking and management of both above-ground and underground assets with ease.

By leveraging its mobile application, users benefit from enhanced geolocation accuracy during asset tracking and management, with compatibility for Bluetooth devices, including Trimble GPS receivers. This integration supports precise data collection and real-time updates.

Asset Management features include unlimited storage for data and digital media, real-time updates across all asset records, and a detailed historical audit trail with timestamps. The platform provides advanced reporting tools, customizable dashboards, and seamless integration with Google Street View. Additionally, it maintains full compatibility with Trimble and other Bluetooth GPS devices, while allowing customization through user-defined attribute fields.

The work order and task management module enables users to create work orders with a single click, associate these orders directly with specific assets, and facilitate communication through email and text notifications. Custom attribute fields further enhance task organization and tracking capabilities.
